Perinatal Depression Online Toolkit for Health Care Providers--DNP Project

Posted about 8 years ago by Valerie Kading

Dear Colleagues,

I am a Post Masters DNP student at New Mexico State University and I have created a Health Care Provider Perinatal Mental Health Toolkit as part of my DNP Scholarly Project. My research supports the need for additional education and training on how to address depression among perinatal women residing in Arizona. My toolkit presentation, pre and post presentation survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes. I appreciate your time and hope that you find this educational toolkit beneficial to your practice. Here is the link to my presentation https://meet27527703.adobeconnect.com/intro/

The first question will determine if you are eligible to participate. Please answer YES if you work with women who are in child bearing years and have a history of pregnancy or breastfeeding or are currently pregnant.

I will stop collecting data this Sunday, March 20th.

I appreciate your time and your attention to pregnancy and depression.

With gratitude,

Valerie M. Kading, PMHNP-BC, MSN
