Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I have been a participant in the Nurses' Health Study since the 1980s. Every year I complete a simple survey, now completely web-based, and receive a newletter with important study results.

I am writing to ask you to join Nurses' Health Study 3, the new cohort of young female and male nurses. For the NHS3, they are enrolling 100,000+ male and female RNs, LPNs & nursing students born after January 1, 1965.
