Please help with DNP Project Survey on Depression in Heart Failure Patients

If you are a Nurse Practitioner who cares for patients with heart failure please consider taking 10 minutes of your time to complete a survey for University of Arizona DNP student Nicole Chieka. The Survey examines current depression screening practices for nurse practitioners who care for patients with heart failure.
