My name is Cara Klein. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Nursing Practice
Student with the University of Arizona. I conducted a survey at the annual Primary Care Conference hosted by Southern Arizona Advance Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner Society as a portion of my graduation requirement for a DNP project. The aim of the DNP project was to examine the treatment practices of nurse practitioners caring for older adults with depression.
This project was a needs assessment that is anticipated to lead to a quality improvement project.
