Health Care Worker Assault Bill Needs Attention

HB 2538 narrowly passed out of committee last week and should be heard on the floor this week, as early as tomorrow.

This bill needs vocal support from Arizona's nurses to move forward. This is a challenging hurdle. Without the necessary 31 votes in the Arizona House of Representatives, this bill will die.
