SAZAPN Vice President Vacancy

Dear Colleagues,

As you all may know, the position of Vice President on our SAZAPN Society Board is vacant.  If you are interested in being considered for the position, please email Laura Kennicutt at LauraKennicutt@gmail.com by September 18th, 2020.  Once we have a list iof interested candidates, we will hold an election.    In order to vote, you must be a paying active memebr of our organization.  

Roles & Responsibilities of the VP:

1.  Maintain active membership of the SAZAPN Society.

2.  Contribute & be present at community events involving SAZAPN Society.

3.  Promote the organization to other local & state organizations.  

4.  Assist the President, Secretary, Treasurer, with any needs.  Also, support & assist the Public Relations, Fundraising, & Community Event chairs with SAZAPN events & programs. 

5.  Facilitate the Annual Awards given to our members (formerly scholarships).  

6.  Assume role of President at the end of incumbent's term or in the President's absence.
