Dear Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs),

If you provide care for patients via telehealth, we invite you to participate in a brief 15-minute educational activity. This research is led by Victoria Towers MSN, FNP-BC, a DNP-PhD candidate at the University of Arizona College of Nursing. Participation is completely voluntary and all responses will remain anonymous.

Study Title

Comprehensive Patient Assessment using Telehealth in the Home (CPATH): Patient and Provider Perceptions

Purpose of the Study

The study aims to assess the current state of perceptions of both patients and providers before and after receiving education regarding a novel telehealth clinical framework. We believe that your participation could provide valuable insights into the way video-based telehealth visits are conducted, and subsequently identify ways to improve both the user experience and remote-based care communication.

Incentive for Participation

If at the conclusion of the activity you choose to provide your contact information, you will be entered into a raffle to receive one of five $50 Amazon e-gift cards as a token of appreciation. A separate link will be provided for submitting contact information at the conclusion of the activity to ensure your survey responses remain anonymous.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Current license and certification as a nurse practitioner or advanced practice registered nurse in Arizona
  2. Completed at least one video-based telehealth visit with a patient in the last 12 months
